Youth Convention is an incredible event for students to come together and worship God. It is like Youth Camp in November. Convention is in Earth City, Missouri as the Southern and Northern Missouri districts combine for the largest youth convention in Missouri's history.  Download this registration form!

What is the cost of Youth Convention?

The cost of Convention is $100 if you register before November 8, and $115 after November 8.

How can I go to Youth Convention?

If you would like to go to Convention, download the registration form, fill it out, and turn in the form along with the registration cost to the Resource Center.

What is included in the cost of registration?

  • Hotel Room
  • Meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack)

Friday, November 20                                                                                 

  • 3:30 PM Load Vans (Farmhouse Parking Lot)
  • 4:00 PM Leave (Eat Subway in Vans)
  • 7:30 PM Arrive (Faith Church)
  • 8:00 PM Session 1 Begins
  • 10:00 PM After Party
  • 11:00 PM Go to Hotel (Residence Inn)

Saturday, November 21

  • 8:00 AM Breakfast (Hotel)
  • 9:00 AM Leave Hotel
  • 10:00 AM Session 2 Begins
  • 11:30 AM Lunch (Chick fil A)
  • 12: 30 PM Session 3 Begins
  • 2:30 PM Convention Ends
  • 6:00 PM Arrive (Farmhouse Parking Lot)

How will hotel rooms be split up?

We will be staying in the Residence Inn at 3290 Rider Trail S, Earth City, MO 63045. The rooms are 2 bedroom suites that can house 6 people. Each room will have 5 students of the same age and gender along with an approved adult leader of the same gender. 

What kind of meals are being provided?

All meals are included in the cost of registration. When we leave on Friday, each student will receive a Subway box that contains a sandwich, chips, cookie, and bottle of water. Make you select the sandwich you want to receive on your registration form. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel and will be a standard hot breakfast. Lunch will be at the convention and will be a Chick fil A sandwich, chips, and drink. After Convention ends, we will be heading straight back to Evangel Temple. Each student will receive a snack on the way home in the form of a granola bar or piece of fruit.
