Pastor Isaac Worley

Isaac Worley serves as the Associate Pastor of Student Ministries at Evangel Temple. His primary responsibility involves the oversight of activities related to the Youth at Evangel Temple. Isaac was born in Smithville, Missouri (Kansas City, MO area) where he lived until moving to Springfield in 2014. After attending a local college in Kansas City for one year, Isaac enrolled into Evangel University where he graduated this past May with a B.A. in Biblical Studies and a minor in Counseling in the Church. Now enrolled into Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Isaac is a pioneer participant in the accelerated “4+1 program” allowing him to graduate next summer with a MA in Christian Ministries.

Isaac has a deep passion for theology and apologetics as he feels it is a call for all believers to have answers for the hard questions that are discussed in the culture of today. Before moving to Springfield, Isaac served as a leader at his home church, Northland Cathedral, and lead a small group for high school students. While at Evangel, Isaac served two of his three years as a Discipleship Leader on campus where he would walk along fellow students in spiritual journey and relationship with Christ. Isaac began serving the youth of Evangel Temple in August of 2016 with his fiancée, Sarah Quattlebaum, and have been able to develop great relationships with the students over that year of volunteer leading.

Outside of ministry and theology, Isaac enjoys hiking, reading, and of course, spending time with Sarah. Sarah and Isaac are engaged to be married in January of 2018, and are so excited for what the future holds both in their coming marriage and in their ministry here at Evangel Temple.
